THE UNTAMED CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

General Information on Returns

 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt.

 

All items must be returned unused, with authentic labels, in original packaging with intact tamper-resistant seals; otherwise, the item will be considered unfit for resale and will not be accepted as a return. Promotional gifts or samples received with your purchase are to be returned as well.

Returns Procedure

 

Simply contact us through email and give us your order number.

 

Please email us at contact.eu@theuntamed.com to notify us of your intent to return. Your email should contain your order number and a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods. We will then email you with a return address.

 

Goods must be in their original packaging with any seals intact and in an unused and re-saleable condition. Re-package the parcel using strong packaging and ensure it is sealed securely to avoid damage during transit. Please enclose your dispatch note/receipt within the parcel.

 

Please pay the appropriate shipping costs and return the parcel to the address as informed by our customer services. Request proof of postage/delivery (POD). THE UNTAMED is not liable for lost returns. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Customers wishing to return fragrance items should have regard to any labeling and packaging guidelines produced by your zone’s postal service or any other courier that is used. Any underpaid returns may not be delivered to us and therefore will not be processed.

 

Please note, THE UNTAMED will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any return postage or original shipping fees (if charged). All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. We will not provide a refund if the goods are not returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. Once we have processed and your return is qualified for a refund, our customer service will contact you by email.

 

Your payment for the goods will be refunded by THE UNTAMED by the original payment method.

 

Orders marked as “Refused” or “Returned to Sender” for reasons including customers failing to pick up their orders or refusing to receive the package, once received back to our warehouse, will be charged with 20 EUR shipping & handling fee upon refunding/resending them.
